What we offer
Strive Holistic provides assessment-based massage therapy tailored to your needs, including deep tissue massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), myofascial cupping, and intra-oral TMJ therapy.
We prioritize both results and experience, offering direct billing, complimentary access to Evolve’s steam rooms and showers, and two hours of free parking (above and underground).

About Bailey
Bailey, owner of Strive Holistic, is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who takes a clinical, assessment-based approach to care. She focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain through targeted, individualized treatment.
With a background in sports and a passion for movement, Bailey works with a wide range of clients—from injury rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident recovery to preventing repetitive strain and postural dysfunctions. Her goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and achieve lasting results, while building strong relationships with every client.
