Parking instructions
There is signage behind the Mercury block building to indicate where the free angled parking is above ground. The underground parking is through the black parkade door attached to the Mercury block building which is accessible from the alleyway across from Evolve.

Complimentary 2 hour parking with plate registration at the front desk. Above ground parking and underground parking available within the Mercury Block building.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00AM to 8:00PM.
Sundays: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Reception Phone Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST.
Please call 780-237-5665 for same day treatments with less than 6 hours notice.
You may book online for treatment requests with more than 6 hours notice!
Insurance
Direct billing to all major insurance companies is offered.
Direct billing for MVA claims available. Email info@striveholistic.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment with your claim adjustor’s name, email, phone number and your claim number. If we do not obtain this information ahead of time, we can send a receipt for you to reimburse through your claims adjuster.
Cancellation &

Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy at this clinic. Late cancellation is subject to a 100% charge of the total cost of your scheduled treatment. A credit card will be required to secure your initial appointment.
Please note, our POS accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay and Interac/tap payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Visa Debits, and e-transfer to info@striveholistic.com as acceptable forms of payment.
